This hotel was a pleasant surprise! The upscale vibe and well-decorated spaces created a serene atmosphere. I adored the rooftop pool and bar, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The breakfast spread was delightful, and the helpful staff ensured I felt right at home. Can't wait to return!

The bathroom door conflicted with the toilet access, making it difficult to use both facilities comfortably. There was visible wear and tear throughout the suite, with the shower glass being rusty and unable to slide properly. Even after moving rooms, I found hair still in the shower, indicating poor cleaning standards.

The staff are incredibly attentive, offering a welcome drink and promptly handling luggage. The tranquil rooftop pool area provided a perfect escape after exploring the city.

Check-in was delayed, and the dining options were limited, which detracted from the overall experience. Also, the air conditioning in the room was inconsistent.

Location couldn’t be better. Right on the doorstep of everything. One night, they surprised us with a bottle of Cava and chocolates in our room for a special occasion. Another evening, after a long day, we soaked our feet in the rooftop plunge pool while sipping drinks. It was a moment that reminded us why we chose this place.

Although I didn’t try the on-site restaurant, the breakfast offerings were varied and accommodating, perfect for families with children. The only downside was the lack of more on-site activities, as the focus seemed to be on exploring the vibrant locale.
